Asthma Clinic

Our hybrid pharmacist led asthma clinic aim to confirm your asthma diagnosis and the type of asthma you have, identify any work-related asthma triggers, and diagnose any other conditions that might be giving you asthma-like symptoms. We train you in inhaler techniques and supply you with any inhalers and peak flow meters to help you manage your asthma.  We are available to help with anything else you might need to know about, like new technology. We also do a medication review and medicine optimisation of any prescribed medication. We do follow-up and monitoring regularly to monitor progress and adjust the treatment plan as needed. We will require that you do the necessary monitoring tests for annual checks like your peak flow reading which gives a true state of your lungs and peripheral Oxygen saturation level.
